What type of counselling do you offer?

I am trained in integrating Person Centred and Psychodynamic theory, which means I can tailor therapy to suit your needs.

I have a special interest in relationships – of any kind, but especially the relationship you have with yourself.

How much do you charge?

If we agree to work together we will meet at the same time each week at a cost of £60 per 50 minute session.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of £35.

How many sessions will I need?

This will depend on your needs and will be agreed between us when we meet.

Where are you based?

I work from comfortable rooms across two sites:

Alleyne Lodge, Knapp Road, Cheltenham,
GL50 3QH.

Kingsley House, Church Lane, (off Shurdington Road), GL51 4TQ.

What is your availability?

I will have the following regular appointments available from July:

At Knapp Road:
Wednesdays at 12.15pm
Wednesdays at 1.30pm
Wednesdays at 3pm

At Kingsley House:
Thursdays at 11.15am
